Ivy Bridge Therapy
Where resilience, change, and connection takes root.
Who We Are
Life can feel overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. At Ivy Bridge Therapy, we take a heart-centered, holistic approach to healing—treating you as a whole person rather than a diagnosis.
Meet the Founder
Hannah Loga, MA, LMHC, NCC
Welcome! I'm Hannah Loga. I'm so happy you're here!
I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2021. I became a fully licensed and nationally certified counselor in 2023. I specialize in supporting children, teens, adults, and families as they navigate life’s most challenging chapters. I focus on practical skill-building and personal strengths to foster resilience and long-term growth.
Additionally, I am ERP (Exposure-Response Prevention) certified, providing evidence-based treatment for individuals living with OCD to help them reclaim their lives from intrusive thoughts and compulsions.
Why Ivy Bridge?
The name Ivy Bridge Therapy was thoughtfully chosen to reflect the healing process.
Ivy symbolizes resiliency. Just as ivy continues to grow even in the harshest conditions, I believe that everyone has the innate strength to persist through all of life's chapters and challenges.
A bridge symbolizes connectedness. We all strive to build connections, whether that be with ourselves or with others. Therapy can provide the framework to build deeper, more meaningful connections.
